‘The Hitman’s Bodyguard’ (director Patrick Hughes) achieved a high seat occupancy rate within 4 weeks of its release as it surpassed 1.5 million viewers.

‘The Hitman’s Bodyguard’ is a blockbuster movie that portrays a bromance relationship between an elite bodyguard and a client who is a killer as well as a witness that must testify at the International Court of Justice.

On September 18, according to the Korean Film Council, ‘The Hitman’s Bodyguard’ was viewed by 1,500,006 people to exceed 1.5 million viewers till now (18th) which is 20 days after its release.

‘The Hitman’s Bodyguard’ is showing an undying popularity among viewers with a weekend seat occupancy rate of 26.3%. This rate is higher than the currently number one box office movie ‘Memoir of a Murderer’, September’s greatly anticipated movie ‘Baby Driver’, and Tom Cruise’s ‘American Made’.

‘The Hitman’s Bodyguard’ is currently being screened in CGVs all over the country.
