Kim Yo Han seemed to be everywhere this past Saturday night.
The singer was seen taking on hosting duties at the 26th Dream Concert CONNECT:D event that took place on July 25; he also made an appearance on KBS 2TV’s Battle of the Musicians, which aired on the same night.
At the Dream Concert, Yo Han did such a solid job hosting that it was hard to believe that it was his first gig as an MC of an event. In addition to his distinctive adorable charm being on display, Yo Han and the other two MCs, Leeteuk and Kim Do Yeon, showed off their fantastic chemistry throughout the program.
After wrapping up at the 2020 Dream Concert, Yo Han shared his thoughts via his label, OUI Entertainment: “I never thought that I’d be able to MC an event while watching music programs and concerts, but I’m honored that my first time working as an MC was at the Dream Concert.”
“I was a little worried and nervous since it was my first time, but I worked hard to prepare so as not to inconvenience anyone. If I get the chance, I’d like to be on stage next time as well,” he added.
On Battle of the Musicians, Yo Han pulled off a perfect rendition of EXO’s “Love Shot.” At the end of the show, he revealed, “Battle of the Musicians is a program that’s helped me to grow. I’ve been able to meet legendary musicians who are not easy to meet, and I’ve been able to show my fans various sides of myself as Kim Yo Han, the singer.”
Kim Yo Han entertained viewers all Saturday night while going between the Dream Concert, which was streamed online for fans from all over the world to experience, and Battle of the Musicians. He even demonstrated his potential as a multi-talented entertainer by performing in an action sequence for the “2020 Life is Fun” music video on Battle of the Musicians.
Yo Han is currently gearing up in preparation for the debut of his group WEi, which he formed along with fellow members Jang Daehyeon, Kim Dong Han, and Kang Seok Hwa.
