Actress Krystal Jung has signed an exclusive contract with the management agency, H& Entertainment.
“We’re happy to stand with the versatile artist, Krystal Jung, on this new starting line. We will be doing our best to support Krystal, who achieved global popularity after debuting as a singer, and has solidified her position as an actor,” revealed H& Entertainment CEO, Hong Min Ki.
Following her debut with the K-pop girl group f(x) in 2009, Krystal and her group members built a solid global fandom through their unique music and sensational performances. After making her acting debut with the 2010 MBC drama, More Charming by the Day, Krystal widened her acting spectrum with dramas such as High Kick: Revenge of the Short Legged, The Heirs, The Bride of Habaek, Prison Playbook, and Player.
Krystal will be making her return to the small screen on October 17 with the new OCN drama, Search. She will be playing the role of elite officer Son Ye Rim, who is on a hunt to discover the nature of the enemy.
Fans of Krystal will also be able to catch the star in More than Family, a film that will be released in November. The previously unveiled teaser poster for the film showed Krystal as an expectant mother, piquing curiosity about what transformation she has undergone for her new role.
H& Entertainment, which was founded by CEO Hong Min Ki who was formerly a vice-president of a famous agency in the country, is also home to actors Jung Ryeo Won, Son Dam Bi, In Gyo Jin, So Yi Hyun, Jung In Sun, Kwak Dong Yeon, and Kang Min Ah.
