BLACKPINK will be joined by the live band they toured with during their 2019-2020 world tour for their upcoming live-stream concert titled “THE SHOW.”

Information regarding buying access to BLACKPINK: THE SHOW was posted to the group’s official social media accounts on the 12th. The post also revealed what members-only behind-the-scenes content would become available to PLUS members.

The content includes a band session, VCR shoot, and a rehearsal. Although not all of the information has been unveiled, the excitement levels among the group’s global fans have skyrocketed.

Considering the fact that having a live band is pretty rare for live-streamed concerts, it’s safe to assume that the group is preparing a quality show that rivals a vivid in-person concert experience for viewers.

“For the upcoming live-stream concert, THE SHOW, BLACKPINK will once again be working with THE BAND SIX, who they’ve performed with for a long time. BLACKPINK will put on a sensational show,” YG revealed. “Viewers can catch the video of the band session by becoming a PLUS member of the BLACKPINK: THE SHOW channel.”

With approximately two weeks to go before the concert airs, YG has been keeping fans on the edge of their seats by revealing one hint at a time.

BLACKPINK’S live-stream concert, YG PALM STAGE – 2021 BLACKPINK: THE SHOW, will begin at 2 p.m. KST on January 31.
