Korean actress Han Ga-in is heading to China to hold fan meetings this week.
J.One+ Entertainment C.E.O Kim Hyo-jin told the magazine in a phone interview Monday that Han will be leaving for Hangzhou, China today to attend fan meetings being hosted by popular clothing brands Xi NAWEI and JIA REN YUAN.
She has been showing a lot of moves in the country lately, including shooting advertisements for Xi NAWEI and JIA REN YUAN earlier this month.
In June, she made an appearance at the 15th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) where her pic “Architecture 101” was chosen as the closing feature.
“Han is extremely excited to get this opportunity to see her fans in China again after her previous visits,” Kim said.
“Besides the meet-and-greet, we will be meeting with several people in the business in China to discuss her future plans there, and we are looking forward to it,” she commented.
When asked about Han’s follow-up project, the official explained that they are carefully looking over both local and international works but nothing has been set in stone yet.
Han started her acting career with TV series “Sunshine Hunting” in 2001 and her popularity soared after she starred in the melodrama movie “Architecture 101” (2012) with Uhm Tae-woong and in MBC’s historical drama “The Moon Embracing the Sun,” which received a silver award at the Shanghai TV Festival in June.
