K-pop musicians, considered as role models by their dedicated fans, have proved themselves to be responsible citizens by voting at Korea’s presidential election.

As the minimum voting age in the country is 19, some of young idol stars participated in voting for the first time and uploaded I-was-there pics onto their Twitter accounts.

Here are some images of stars taken in front of a polling place on December 19.

Juniel (19)

“Though I have stuff to do, I made my time and came to Guri [a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea] to vote. I’m so pleased to exercise my voting right for the first time!”
