Korean songstress Jang Nara has donated a series of talents to the Community Chest of Korea.
The singer-actor recorded a TV campaign song named “Nanoom Song” [Romanized Korean] as the new face of the Community Chest of Korea at her agency Narajjang.com’s office on Wednesday, according to the firm’s press release Friday.
After making a voluntary appearance on the organization’s TV commercial and joining a hiking session with blind people last month, she said she gladly joined in the recording of the cheerful tune which delivers the importance of sharing.
The new TV commercial with Jang’s campaign song is set to hit airwaves and also show in theaters and subways starting July 1.
Jang, the iconic star who swept the singing stage and small screen during the early 2000’s, has been cementing her fruitful career in both Korea and China since her debut in the local music scene 2001.
Her next project is Chinese costume drama “Red Palanquin” [translated title], which is set to air in the country during the first half of 2014.
