Songstress Suzy has supported a fundraiser for children who are suffering heart diseases.

Through her Twitter account on Monday, Suzy uploaded a picture of herself holding a teddy bear and commented on it, “This is a Heart Bear whose heart pumps when you hug it! Profits gained from the bears will be donated to children with heart diseases.”

She then asked for support and encouraged people to buy the bear for a good cause.

The fundraising is held by the Heart-Heart Welfare Foundation which was launched in 1988. The foundation aims to aid children and family members who suffer poverty, disability and illness both in Korea and overseas.

Meanwhile, Suzy, who debuted in 2010, is currently on a break after ending her MBC’s fantasy drama “Kang Chi, the Beginning,” which stayed on the top spot of charts for 11 consecutive weeks since its premiere in April.
