Police have arrested a teenager for sexual cyberharassment of idol star Suzy of girl group miss A, her agency said on Tuesday.

The male teenager, aged 16, was indicted without detention yesterday after uploading a sexually disturbing picture of Suzy, her producer and singer Park Jin-young, and the late Korean President Roh Moo-hyun, on a right-wing online community website called Ilgan Best (ilbe.com) last December.

In the picture, Suzy and Park’s faces were photoshopped onto the body of animals seemingly engaged in sexual intercourse.

An official with JYP Entertainment told TenAsia that they will decide on the form of legal action they will take depending on the results of the police investigation.

Another man in his mid-twenties was also supposed to be taken in by police after sending Suzy a sexually disturbing picture through Twitter last December but he and his mother went to JYP’s office several times, pleading for forgiveness in tears, the official said.

Suzy and her family decided not to take legal action him in consideration of his family’s money situation.
