MBC‘s historical drama “Goddess of Fire” has managed to stay on the top spot of Monday and Tuesday prime time TV charts for four consecutive weeks.
The series grasped an average viewership rating of 11.75 percent on July 22 and 23, according to AGB Nielsen Media Research (Nielsen Korea) on Wednesday.
However, “Golden Empire,” starring Ko Soo and Lee Yo-won, stepped up to second place on Nielson Korea’s chart for the first time by scoring an average mark of 9.9 percent.
Accordingly, Kim Nam-gil and Son Ye-jin’s romantic series “Don’t Look Back” fell to the bottom spot with an average score of 9.75 percent.
TNmS’s (Total National Multimedia Statistic) survey showed the programs in a different order for the same time slot.
“Goddess of Fire” took the top spot with an average score of 11.65 percent while “Don’t Look Back” and “Golden Empire” followed behind with ratings of 9.9 and 9.55 percent, respectively.
