Actor Jang Hyuk will star in cable channel tvN’s “Saturday Night Live Korea” (SNL Korea) next month.
Jang Hyuk will host “SNL Korea” the last week of August, tvN’s official told TenAsia over the phone on Tuesday.
According to the official, the script or concept the show will take on for Jang Hyuk’s episode has yet to be decided since all cast members are handed their scripts two days ahead of the show going on air.
“SNL Korea” is a late-night live comedy show adapted from popular American TV show “Saturday Night Live” on NBC.
Meanwhile, Jang Hyuk is gaining favorable reputation and popularity through MBC’s “Real Man,” his first time on a variety show during his 17-year acting career.
He has been considered a strong actor through his appearance in a number of films and dramas since his debut in 1997.
