Jean Marc Rochett and Jacques Lob, the original French authors of novel “Le Transperceneige” which director Bong Joon-ho’s film “Snowpiercer” is based on, will visit Korea, the film’s promoter said on Wednesday.

Two Rabbits said through a press release that the authors and director Bong will hold a GV session after the screening of the film in Seoul, Korea on August 16.

The authors and director Bong will first stop by Pucheon City on August 15 in order to attend this year’s 16th Bucheon International Comics Festival (BICOF) which will be held from August 14 to 18.

“Snowpiecer” has accumulated more than four million moviegoers in Korean in just seven days of its release last Wednesday, a record time for a movie to reach the mark in Korean film history.

The film, starring Tilda Swinton, Chris Evans and Song Kang-ho, tells a story about the last survivors on Earth who are on a train and they believe that if the train stops the world will come to an end.
