Korean actress Lee Da-hey’s Chinese drama will premiere in Korea this week.

Lee’s 30-part romantic comedy “Love Actually” will premiere on cable channel CHING this Friday morning at 9:40 a.m. Korea time, the show’s promoter Hyundai Media said through a press release Thursday.

Lee, who speaks fluent Chinese, plays a skillful part-timer So-ha who takes cares of her niece and accidentally finds her cooking talent and absolute taste in a dim sum restaurant, where she has a dream of becoming a chef.

This is Lee’s first lead role in a Chinese drama and her opposite actor is Chinese top star Joseph Cheng of Taiwanese version of “Naughty Kiss,” the promoter explained.

The actress, who shot to stardom through SBS romcom series “My Girl” in 2005, continued to build her filmography in numerous hit dramas  “The Slave Hunter,” “Miss Ripley” and most recently, KBS action blockbuster “IRIS 2.”
