Korean boy group Teen Top entered as a new winner, while EXO achieved two of triple crowns on TV music shows over the weekend.

EXO collected their third crowns on Mnet’s “M! CountDown” and MBC’s “Music Core” with their latest title tune “Growl” while Teen Top won two new trophies from KBS’s “Music Bank” and SBS’s “Inkigayo” with their newest release  “Rocking” during the first week of September.

EXO once again nabbed the top spot at “M! CountDown” on Thursday. “It is an honor to receive the triple crown. We owe this victory to our staff and our fans. Happiness seems to be the only word to express the feeling I have now,” said the group’s leader SUHO.

During the encore performance, all of the twelve EXO members lied with their faces down on stage and acted charming, bringing a big joy to the fans on site.

The group also won their third crown on Saturday’s “Music Core” but the group couldn’t make their appearance onto the stage because of their other scheduled activity.

Teen Top took their first crown with “Rocking,” the title tune to their fourth mini-album “TEEN TOP CLASS,” on KBS’s Friday music show “Music Bank,” adding one more trophy on Sunday’s “Inkigayo” after edging out girl group f(x) and solo singer Sunmi.

Holding their trophy, Teen Top members Niel and Changjo expressing their gratefulness toward fans and agency staff to get the award during the acceptance speech on “Music Bank.”
