Iconic K-pop star G-Dragon will bring his “One Of A Kind” Tour around the world one more time, starting in his hometown at the end of this month.
“One Of A Kind 3D ; G-DRAGON 2013 1ST WORLD TOUR,” the movie version of GD’s successful second world tour, is set to open in the Korean theaters on October 31, according to the film’s distributor Golden Tide Pictures on Tuesday.
Starting with its premiere in hometown, the live concert film is slated to open in Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore, the distributor explained.
The 90-minute film is the live recording of the world tour’s first stage held at Seoul’s Olympic Gymnastics Stadium on March 30 this year, embarking on the 13-city musical journey which electrified a total of 570,000 followings around the world.
Filmed by Korea’s top-class 3D staff and 24 cameras, the concert movie will feature a total of 14 GD tunes including the very first performance of “Crooked,” unveiled at the encore Seoul concert on August 30.
The film will also feature portrayal of GD in backstage, special interview with GD and appearances of the concert’s special guests, namely Big Bang members Taeyang, T.O.P, Daesung, Seungri and 2NE1 members.
