K-pop idols SUHO of EXO and Eunji of A PINK have been cast as the voice actors of Christmas-themed animated movie.
SUHO, Eunji and comedian Shin Dong-yup will lend their voice acting skills for upcoming U.S. animated picture “Saving Santa,” set to open in the Korean theaters next month, the film’s importer Korea Screen said on Friday.
SUHO will take on main character named Bernard, the gift-giving elf who goes time travel to save kidnapped Santa, while Eunji will voice act a girl named Shinee, who helps Bernard to save Santa.
Shin Dong-yup, who is also father of two, will depict anti-Santa villain called Neville, who kidnaps Santa to find out his secret to get around the globe in a single day.
The forthcoming 3D animation is created by Prana Studio, who was in charge of 3D animation and visual effects of films by major Hollywood studios Disney, Paramount and 20th Century Fox.
