K-pop rock band FTISLAND has topped Korean official music chart with their new release.

FTISLAND’s fifth mini-album “THE MOOD” grabbed number one on Gaon’s weekly albums chart during November 17 and 23 as soon as its release last Monday.

The same album also topped albums sales chart Hanteo chart during the same time frame, showing their selling power even after their debut seven years ago.

“THE MOOD” contains title rock ballad “MADLY” and three self-written tunes “Paralyzer,” “The Way Into You” and “Siren.”

The five-member group will perform the title tune on KBS’s live music show “Music Bank” tonight.
