Korean songstress BoA has been cast in new movie starring film big names Shin Ha-kyun and Lee Jung-jae.
BoA, actors Lee Sung-min of MBC’s “Golden Time” and Park Doo-sick of SBS’s “I Can Hear You Voice” will appear in upcoming Korean action film “Bit Match” (working title).
BoA, as the only female supporting character in the movie, will show skilled action acting as mysterious woman named Soo-kyung.
Lee Sung-min will describe martial arts star Choi Ik-ho (Lee Jung-jae)’s brother and coach Young-ho, while Park takes on hot-blooded detective who chases Choi Ik-ho desperately.
Co-starring actor Son Ho-jun who shot to stardom with his role in tvN’s retro drama “Reply 1994,” the upcoming actioner will center around game designer called Ace (Shin) who projected a game for Korea’s wealthiest 0.1 percent of people and Choi Ik-ho (Lee) who rushed into the game barehanded to save his brother.
