K-pop group 2PM members on the cover of their third Japan studio album “GENESIS OF 2PM.” [JYP Entertainment]

Korean boy group 2PM is releasing their third studio album in Japan next month.

2PM’s third Japan full-length record “GENESIS OF 2PM” is set to drop on January 29 next year, the group’s agency JYP Entertainment said on Monday.

“GENESIS OF 2PM” will feature 2PM members’ innocent and soft inner side hidedn in strong and manly hardware of them, JYP explained.

The upcoming third studio album will contain a total of 13 tracks including their Oricon weekly No. 1 single “Winter Games” and “GIVE ME LOVE,” the theme song of TBS’s star-studded drama “TAKE FIVE.”

Member Wooyoung will mark his first time to list his self-written tune “Merry-go-round” into the album, while all the members’ solo tunes and self-written tunes will be also included in different versions of the record.

Meanwhile, 2PM will embark on their new Japan arena tour next month, starting at Nagoya’s Nippon Gaishi Hall on January 27 and 28.
