MBC’s series “Empress Ki, Battle of Flowers” has secured its ratings crown for eight week running.
“Empress Ki” recorded an average rating of 18.8 percent and sat atop AGB Nielsen Media Research (Nielsen Korea)’s ratings chart during December 16 and 17, the chart showed on Wednesday.
Sitting at the No. 2 place is SBS’s melodrama “One Warm Word,” which nabbed in an average of 7.7 percent of total viewers in the same time frame.
KBS’s new romantic comedy series “Prime Minister & I” continued to sit at the bottom place with an average mark of 6.9 percent, which is a ries of 1.2 percent from last week’s score.
Meanwhile, TNmS’s (Total National Multimedia Statistic) survey showed the three programs in the same order yet slightly lower numbers than Nielsen Korea’s.
“Empress Ki” continued its top seed with an average score of 17.9 percent, while “One Warm Word” and “Prime Minister” followed next two spots, each with average numbers of 6.1 and 5.7 percent, respectively.
