Upcoming Korean film “The Huntresses,” starring actresses Ha Ji-won, Kang Ye-won and songstress Gain, released a still cut of the charming three starlets.

On Wednesday, the movie’s distributor Showbox released photos of the three actors doing belly dance moves, raising the bar of the period comic actioner set to hit the local theaters on January 29.

“I memorized the dance moves before filming but Ha and Kang showed suddenly free-style moves. Especially Kang tried lots of fun moves, which helped the scene hilarious,” Gain gave her thoughts on the scene.

Ha Ji-won, who recently won the top prize at the 2013 MBC Drama Awards with her acclaimed role in “Empress Ki,” showed off her confidence that, “It will be the moment when the audience could open up their hearts in the middle of the movie.”

The scene was about the three swordswomen sneaking into the banquet, making the audience possessed with their sensual costumes and moves to gain clue of a treasure which will decided the fate of the Joseon Dynasty.

Co-starring male star Joo Sang-wook, the movie called as Korea’s answer to “Charlie’s Angels” revolves around three born-to-be hunters who were raised together learning training martial arts. 10 years later, they become bounty hunters and take a case that will turn around the fate of the Joseon Dynasty and themselves.
